Background
This is Demi Moore's production company.
(October 20, 1995-May 2, 1997)
Logo: We see 7 vertical rectangles (supposed to be film frames like in an old camera) fade in one by one on a black background. In the frames, we see a naked girl running (or skipping) across the screen on a sidewalk in a swimming hall(?). Then, the words "MOVING PICTURES" in grey lettering slide to the left one letter at a time. The frames at the very left and the very right disappear, leaving five frames. A grey square then fades in place of MOVING PICTURES, then the text fades into black. The entire logo is in black and white.
Variants:
- On If These Walls Could Talk, the logo is still.
- An in-credit logo is used on Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery.
Technique: The frames fading in, the girl running, the text sliding, and the rectangle fading.
Music/Sounds: Sound of a film projector whirring, followed by a girl humming, then a calm six note theme. The still version has a held-out synth note accompanied by the sound of a film projector winding down.
Availability: The animated version only appeared on Now and Then.
