Background
MoPo Productions is the production company of Maury Povich (the company name originates from Povich's pet name, "MoPo", given to him by his wife, Connie Chung). It produces his syndicated television talk show Maury (originally The Maury Povich Show).
1st Logo (September 9, 1991-1994)
Visuals: Superimposed in the credits of The Maury Povich Show, the following logo which is made up of four small squares connected and a long blue rectangle connected to the lower squares:
Technique: A superimposed graphic.
Audio: The closing theme.
Availability: Seen on the first three seasons of The Maury Povich Show.
2nd Logo (1994-September 8, 2022)
Visuals: In a golf course, a golf ball hit by someone flies over a hill and rolls into a hole. The camera pans to an aerial view of the hole, revealing the golf ball is printed with a blue circle reading "MoPo" in a tall Bank Gothic font. Under the circle is a black oval reading "PRODUCTIONS, INC." in the regular Bank Gothic font.
Variant: A widescreen version exists (starting with the 22nd season), where the only part without stretching is the finished logo.
Technique: 2D animation.
Audio: A "whack" sound, followed by the sound of the ball rolling into the hole, and then an emphatic cello note; the entire audio has the sounds of birds chirping in the background.
Availability: Seen on the remainder of Maury (originally The Maury Povich Show).
