MBC Studios

Background

MBC Studios is the production arm of the MBC Group.

1st Logo (2021-)

Visuals: On a black background with a dark blue gradient is close-ups of a reflective variant of the "mbc" logo letter-by-letter, and a close-up of the text "STUDIOS" and a line above it below the logo. The screen then cuts to a clip of the entire logo visible, slowly being more illuminated.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: An uplifting orchestral score, composed by Box of Toys Audio.

Availability:

This logo was seen at the beginning and the end of shows produced by the company.^[Examples?]
It is currently used in tandem with the next logo.

2nd Logo (September 16, 2022-)

Visuals: The screen zooms into blue-tinted cumulonimbus clouds (not unlike the ones from the Columbia Pictures and TriStar Pictures), scattered with stars, on a starry, space background. A white flash of light briefly flashes on the screen before fading out, revealing galaxies, zooming past those too. Another flash of light occurs, this time emerging as a spinning, cloudy-like supernova. The logo zooms into the supernova, again covering the screen with a flash of light, before it fades out, revealing a girl looking at the sky (specifically and presumably the supernova) on the left. Another girl walks and stops, standing next to the other girl while also looking at the sky. The screen flashes again, only for us to zoom out from a cliff and a hill, revealing the landscape. A beam of light draws a line on the right side of the screen, and a more glossy MBC logo and "STUDIOS" slide in from the top and bottom, respectively. The zooming out slows down, and the girl at the left points to the left.

Variants:

Widescreen and scope variants of this logo exist.
A prototype variant exists, where the animation is much more different, the logo is less glossy, more flatter and bigger, the "STUDIOS" text is in a different font, and the two girls are replaced with boys.
Another prototype variant exists, where it is more resemblant to the final product, but the final flash of light fades in straight into the cliff scene, and the logo in in the center and has different animation.

Technique: A mix of CGI and live-action.

Audio: A rising orchestral score, accompanied by choirs and more synthesized notes, that ends with an echoing piano note.

Audio Variant: The second prototype variant has the piano note replaced with a heavy synth note.

Availability:

This logo is seen at the beginning of more recent shows produced from 2022 onwards by the company, like Devil's Promise.
It is currently used in tandem with the previous logo.
