Background

This is the vanity card of Crime Watch Daily and Extra executive producer Lisa Gregorisch-Dempsey.

1st Logo (September 14, 2011-May 18, 2012)

Visuals: On an uphill Interstate environment on a sunny day, there is a red sports car with Lisa Gregorisch-Dempsey. She is wearing sunglasses and a pink dress with a yellow and black-striped scarf around her neck. The car then turns on the first exit which sign says "Exit 9" in white, another sign says "New Jersey Turnpike". Then it cuts to another shot in front of the car with a license plate from New Jersey with the words "LISA G." in black. The backs of various signs appear behind the car.

Variant: A short version exists. The only difference in this variant is that both of the signs are put on the road instead.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: The sounds of the car's engine, and two honks from the car, all backed by a techno beat ditty that resumes faintly when the car honks.

Audio Variants:

On the short version, the ditty is low-pitched with different honks.
Sometimes, a generic announcer is heard instead.

2nd Logo (2013-September 1, 2018)

Crime Watch Daily variant
Gary variant

Visuals: Same as above, but Lisa is now smiling. The screen cuts to another shot with the car stopping to a toll booth for the New Jersey Turnpike at Exit 9. There are four people (one of whom is John Travolta) inside the platform all smiling and wearing street clothing. They all say excitedly in unison, "Welcome home, Lisa G.!". A red and white boom barrier moves up and we cut to another shot in front of the car with the same license plate. Like the previous logo, the backs of various signs appear behind the car.

Variants:

A short version exists.
On Crime Watch Daily, the logo starts with Lisa (who is wearing an orange jumpsuit with a name tag that says "LISA G." on it) and her convertible (which is yellow in this variant) rolling up to a toll booth for 1-9 North at East Jersey State Prison (as indicated by the "IT'S RAHWAY OR THE HIGHWAY" sign in white on the front; a "EAST JERSEY STATE PRISON" sign in green is on the side of the booth). Four men (wearing deputy uniforms) say "Welcome home, Lisa G.!" from inside the toll booth. The shot of the front of the car shows that instead of a boom barrier, the gates open to allow the car through. The license plate is identical. Lisa's scarf is also yellow and black.
On early-2018 episodes of Extra is the same shot but the difference is that a woman from the bottom in the booth is removed and replaced with a man (that looks like Extra host Billy Bush) on the left side of the booth and Lisa is with a man with black hair, sunglasses and a yellow shirt (named Gary). All four people in the booth say "Welcome home, Lisa G.!" and the only woman in the booth adds "...and Gary!". The last shot is the same but the difference is that Gary's face is revealed.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: The sounds of the car's engine, the people's dialogues, and different honks (kind of like the short version of the previous logo) from the car, all backed by a different techno beat ditty similar to the previous logo's one, or sometimes an electric bass ditty with a drum rhythm is playing instead of the normal music. Both ditties stop and fade out when the car honks twice.

Audio Variants:

On Crime Watch Daily, the voices are lower-pitched.
On the short version, the sounds of the car going down the interstate is slightly softer due to the fact that the variant starts at a later point in the sequence.

Availability: The shows' respective variants are seen on Extra (starting with season 20) and Crime Watch Daily.

3rd Logo (September 3, 2018-September 3, 2022)

Visuals: On a golf course environment on a sunny day, there is a golf cart that says "LISA G.", with Lisa from the last two logos, wearing a pink tank top, long pants, and white shoes, and drives on a driving range. There is a leaving sign that says:

Lisa drives pasts under the sign, the camera moves to the left and behind the welcome sign reads:

And then we can see the back view of Lisa and the golf cart she is driving. The screen then cuts to a shot with trees and to Gary (the man from the early-2018 variant of the previous logo), who is wearing sunglasses, a white polo shirt, a belt, long green pants, and black golf loafer shoes, that is putting on hole 18 with a red flag that's waving on the hole and Lisa pulls up and stops the golf cart and says "Nice putt, Gary!" as Gary watches the golf ball go into the hole. Next is Gary with many trees behind him. Gary is holding up his white cap and putter in his hands, and says "Welcome home, Lisa G.!". Lastly we cut to a shot with Gary's back view looking at Lisa as he lowers his hands putter and his cap is on his head, and Lisa smiling at Gary, while the camera zooms in slightly as we see the golf cart plate that says "LISA G." (like the last two logos).

Variant: On later episodes of Extra from 2020 to 2022, the logo is part of the split-screen credits.

Technique: A mix of CGI and live-action.

Audio: Birds chirping, the golf cart's wheels moving, the golf ball's sounds and the audience clapping with Lisa and Gary's dialogues, all backed by the electric bass ditty from the last logo that stops and fades out quickly when the audience clapping is heard. Sometimes, the closing theme plays over.
