Background

Kutoka Interactive is a Canadian educational software company founded in Montreal, Quebec, in 1995. The company produces, develops, and distributes both subject-based and grade-based video games for Windows and Macintosh. The company closed in 2017, with its assets and IP moved into a new company, Zoki S.E.N.C.

Logo (1998-2007)

Visuals: On a white background, a strange sun shape appears in purple. Below it, the word "kutoka" in a jumbled font appears two-by-two, with "ku" in purple, "to" in yellow, and "ka" in green, The word “interactive” in a small, spaced-out condensed font also appears below. After a few seconds, the logo disappears one-by-one.

Variant: Some games only have the "kutoka" text in purple fading in and out. Others have a still version of the text in blue.

Technique: The logo appearing and disappearing. [possible misuse]

Audio: A Spanish guitar tune. It is commonly followed by a whoosh sound when the logo disappears.

Availability: It can be seen on many games from the company, most notably Mia's Big Adventure Collection.
