Background

InterChannel was a Japanese game developer and publisher. The company was previously a NEC subsidiary until 2004, where it was known as NEC Avenue until 1995.



1st Logo (June 28, 1996-March 28, 2008)

Visuals: On a white background, there is a blue rectangle, with a script-like lowercase "i" with white and yellow. Under it there's a green "C" on its surface. Under the "C" is the white text "InterChannel".

Variant:

  • Later games had the NEC logo at the left of the square InterChannel logo.
  • An animated version exists.

Technique: A still digital graphic.

Audio: None.

Availability: Appeared on the company's games at the time, such as Black Matrix and the PS2 version of Culdcept.

2nd Logo (September 4-November 6, 2008)

Visuals: On a white background, there is a connected "lh" or "uh" style shape, with the left part being in blue and the majority in pink, and a black dot seen between these parts. At the bottom there's the text "INTERCHANNELHOLON".

Technique: A still digital graphic.

Audio: None.

Availability: So far, it was only seen on Glory Days - Yuugeki no Hero for the DS.

3rd Logo (March 5-October 1, 2009)

Visuals: On a white background, there are three red circles with two red crudely drawn rotating circular arrows on them. Under the circles is the text "interchannel" in red.

Technique: A still digital graphic.

Audio: None.

Availability: Seen on few later Interchannel video games, such as the 2009 DS games of Eibun Tadoku DS: Sekai no Meisaku Douwa and Eibun Tadoku DS: Sekai no Bungaku Senshuu.
