Following a rapid expansion of the company in 1998, Imavision 21 was restructured into Imavision Distribution, with the offices moved into their present location, on Saint-Jacques Street, Montreal. Following a significant decline in sales, an attempt was made to make a proposal to its creditors in September 2013. Following its rejection, Imavision filed for bankruptcy in February 2014, with the rest of its catalog of properties sold to Unidisc Music, which subsequently occurred in November 2014.

1st Logo (Late 1998-2003)

Visuals: On a black/blue CGI starfield, there is a wording piece that rises up to reveal the word "IMAVISION" (with "IMA" in a strange font and "VISION" in a bold Arial font. The "V" is bigger than the other letters). Meanwhile, turquoise and blue filmstrips glide from the screen until they zoom away. Then a spark draws a line under "IMAVISION" on the bottom of the "V", and a V-shaped green and blue filmstrip zooms out to connect on the "V". The logo shines.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A low droning synth note, followed by a five-note ascending tune.

Availability: Found on nearly every Imavision VHS and DVD release from the era most notably Little House on the Prairie. On early DVD releases, there is no warning screen before this logo; but on VHS tapes, the warning screen is seen before it (black background until mid-2000, blue background starting mid-2000 until 2003).

2nd Logo (2003-2008)

Visuals: On a black background, we open through light blue ripples, with a subsequent series of blue TV-tube shapes sliding from both sides and in random sizes. A blurry pair of a human's eyes rises to the top, standing in the middle. It all flashes, to reveal a tilted cornflower blue TV-tube shape with a cutout in the right side, and three dark blue rounded triangle shapes on the upper, left and lower sides of the TV-tube shape. Next to it is "imavision", alongside ".com" undernath the last three letters of the above. We then close by the eye.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A semi-eerie synth tune with clapping-like sounds, with a reversed cymbal at the end.

Availability: Seen on DVD releases from the era, including one for 40ème Anniversaire Expo 67.

3rd Logo (2008?-2014)

Visuals: In a dark setting, a black hand with shades of cyan in the left sides, starts waving in an arc shape, releasing a series of multicolored sparks and blurry TV-tube shapes from before. The TV-tube shape, now white, alongside "imavision" with a fisheye effect scrolling over it, start crossfading in. The TV-tube shape then starts changing to red, yellow, purple, green and orange, before stopping in blue.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A soft synth tune with twinkling sounds.

Availability: Seen on its last DVD releases, including La vie, la vie.
