Background

Grindhouse Releasing is a film distribution company co-founded by Sage Stallone, son of Sylvester Stallone, in 1996. They specialize in distributing old exploitation films from the 1960s and 1970s.

Logo: Same as "Our Feature Presentation" ID as used at drive-in theaters by various companies in the 1960s and 1970s, but instead of "OUR FEATURE PRESENTATION", it reads "GRINDHOUSE RELEASING", and the background turns yellow, orange and blue after merging, before reverting normal as "GRINDHOUSE RELEASING" split back to eight copies and disperse away. Then, two copies of "presents" comes in from the left and right sides of the screen very quickly and merge in the center.

Technique: Same as "Our Feature Presentation" ID, but with the background color transitions and more animations.

Music/Sounds: Keith Mansfield's "Funky Fanfare," as used in the original "Our Feature Presentation" ID.

Availability: Seen on films distributed by the company, such as Make Them Die Slowly (Cannibal Ferox), Pieces, Cannibal Holocaust, and The Tough Ones.

Legacy: Same as "Our Feature Presentation" ID.
