Background

Grindhouse Releasing is a film distribution company founded by Sage Stallone, the son of Sylvester Stallone, in 1996. They specialize in distributing old exploitation films (very violent and/or sexual films that often have little artistic merit and are more for shock value) from the '60s and '70s.
