GREEN HAT
FILMS

Technique: None.

Music/Sounds: None or the closing theme.

Availability: Appeared at the end of Due Date. Also seen on the failed pilot of The More Things Change...

2nd Logo (May 26, 2011-May 23, 2013)

Logo: On a green background, a pattern made of countless hats revolves and pans upside-down, then fades out, replaced by a greenish hat and the company's name.

Technique: CGI.

Music/Sounds: The opening theme.

Availability: Appeared on The Hangover Part II and its sequel.

3rd Logo (March 2, 2012)

Logo: On a black background, we see the same logo from before, but 2D, solid and in white. The company's name has a slightly different font compared to the previous logo. It slowly zooms forward.

Variant: On the trailer for Project X, the logo appears on the same dirty green background as the Warner Bros. Pictures and Silver Pictures variants and also has stains.

Technique: 2D animation. This was done by Prologue. According to them, the film's goal was to create a simple low budget look and type to coincide with the idea that the film was created through the use of a home movie camera.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Only appears on Project X.
