Visuals: Over a silver-colored light background that brightens, three images (first having primary school students, the second having a forest, and for the last, an old lady writing) form a square trio of people, representing the yellow, blue, and red stripes of the Venezuelan flag. The three people are colored in red, yellow, and blue respectively. After a while, the squares move to the left and turn into the Venezuelan flag, as the stars appear zooming out into the blue stripe. Next to the flag, the stacked "Gobierno Bolivariano de Venezuela" fades in. A faint reflection can be seen below the logo.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A soothing theme with strings, Venezuelan harp and clarinet, and an announcer saying "Gobierno Bolivariano".

Availability: Seen at the end of Venezuelan PSAs and commercials from companies owned by the Bolivarian Government. [Examples?]
