Background

Geometriya is an independent record label founded on December 6, 2001 by Pavel Kostrikin. It mostly specialises in rock and jazz music.

Logo (August 6, 2010-)

Visuals: On a white background, a white stickman walks around a space full of white blocks and suddenly stops near a blue block. He takes a step away and looks up, and the camera zooms out to reveal that the blue blocks were the Geometriya logo ("ГΣОМЕТРИЯ" with Е stylised as Σ). The words "МУЗЫКАЛЬНОЕ ИЗДАТЕЛЬСТВО" and "ПРЕДСТАВЛЯЕТ" appear on the top and the bottom of the logo.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: An 8-note saxophone sounder syncing with the stickman's steps. When the stickman takes a step away, another saxophone note plays. When the camera zooms out, that same note is being hold. After a while, a catchy 5-note saxophone tune plays. Composed by Nikolai Rubanov of Auktyon.

Availability: Seen on most of Geometriya's DVD releases starting with the 2010 DVD of the "Without The Saxophone" (Без саксофона) concert by Auktyon. This logo is also still used at the beginning of their videos on the GeoClip YouTube channel.
