Years ago I remember seeing one of these VHS bumpers on YouTube where all I remember is that after it mentions about the movie being pirated, it says something like "of course the warning you're seeing here may've been pirated too", followed by a laugh track, which sounds like it may've actually been a parody. I remember the announcer having a British accent so it might have come from there (or possibly Australia or New Zealand). I can't seem to find it anymore so can anyone help me please?

As soon as you said "parody", my mind jumped to "this could have been a skit from some British/Australian/New Zealand comedy series or sketch show".

So, why don't we look down that route?

I guess so. It sounds like it could be from one of those.

I'm sure it wasn't just made by the uploader or some other YouTube user, and the video I saw it on may have been a camrip, so it's likely from an actual VHS release.
