On 8th 2022, after 49 years, this is WarnerMedia final years. The company had a subsidiaries includes Warner Bros. Entertainment through it's divisions (Warner Bros. Pictures and Warner Bros. Television Studios). So say goodbye!!!

Tomorrow is 8th April 2022, WarnerMedia will give memories after 49th anniversary special. But TMZ was acquired by Fox Entertainment, a subsidiary of Fox Corporation. But, The CW, will sold to Nexstar Media Group.

The "WarnerMedia" byline will be not exist. The last film called Moonshot, it was released on March 31st 2022 before it's new WarnerMedia byline "A Warner Bros. Discovery Company".

The company will be formed through the merger of WarnerMedia and Discovery, Inc., set to be completed at end of day (typically 5pm) on Friday, April 8, 2022.

Expect international divisions of WarnerMedia and Discovery to do the same.
