NOTE: I had originally mentioned this on the infobox thread but as this would be a sweeping change affecting the majority of our articles if implemented I thought this warranted its own thread

While restarting the rollout of infoboxes since 1.36 fixed the prior technical issue I toyed with the idea of dropping the "Background" heading and leaving the historical information as a lead paragraph in the same manner as Wikipedia and many other sites. Here's what that looks like on Paramount Pictures:

I think this improves the appearance of the article by placing the TOC in a better position on the page where it is not causing unwanted whitespace before the start of the content, resulting in a much tidier lookng lead.
