These were two logos that were seen on Novocom's former website (https://web.archive.org/web/20140104193817/http://novo.com/broadcast.html).

The one for Fox is clearly based on the 1981 logo that was in use at the time; this seems to be a rejected pitch that would be passed over for what would become the 1994-2009 logo. As for the Paramount one, it looks like a CGI/metallic take on their 1975-1986 logo; it's not really certain what this was meant for exactly (Promo? Home video logo?). In both cases, it's not known how (or if) they were animated.

Novocom is a defunct broadcast design agency that was prominent in the '80s, '90s and early 2000s; they did stuff for NBC, Sky UK, various syndicated TV shows, and more.

Nice find you've got here Kfc, the TCF one indeed looks like a hybrid of the 1981 and 1994 logos.
