1st Logo (June 14, 1958)

Visuals: Fading in is Poseidon standing on a shell and a box that reads "FILMAR COMPAGNIA CINEMATOGRAPHICA" on a moving dark, cloudy background. An arc of stars then wipes from the left to the right. The logo fades and then "PRESENTA" zooms in.
Technique: Motion-controlled animation.
Audio: A bombastic orchestral fanfare.

2nd Logo (October 12, 1958-September 25, 1960)

Visuals: On a warm cloudy background, there is a dark Poseidon sculpture with a different pose than the previous logo standing on a film strip. An arc of stars wipe from the left and then "FILMAR" in white appears letter by letter on the film strips. "PRESENTA" wipes in from top to bottom underneath the film strip.
Technique: Motion-controlled animation.
Audio: Same as the previous logo.
Audio Variant: A rising majestic fanfare was used on Fontana di Trevi.
Availability: Seen on The Warrior and the Slave Girl, The Pirate of the Black Hawk and Fountain of Trevi.
3rd Logo (November 12, 1959-December 23, 1964)

Visuals: Over red curtains is a very similar picture as last time. However, this time once again has Poseidon in a different pose, the film strips are longer, and everything is white. Stars would wipe from both the left and the right and then "FILMAR" zooms in rapidly. The logo fades into "PRESENTA" in gold and with a black shadow.
Technique: Motion-controlled animation.
Audio: A rising majestic fanfare also used in the previous logo.
Audio Variant: The film's opening theme was heard on Bellezze sulla spiaggia and Ursus nella terra di fuoco.
Availability: Seen on The Last Days of Pompeii, The Giants of Thessaly, Beauty on the Beach, The Conqueror of the Orient, The Sword of El Cid, Ursus in the Land of Fire, and Spartacus and the Ten Gladiators.
4th Logo (April 22-August 1, 1965)

Visuals: Almost identical to the previous logo but with multiple key differences: the curtain drapes are more equal to one another. Not only that, but the animation is also different. The picture starts in black and while the arc of stars wipe from the left, light illuminates on Poseidon and the film strips, who appear to have more visible details than the standard version. The stars would then twinkle as "FILMAR" zooms in rapidly with "PRESENTA" in a normal font fading in below.
Variant: A colorized version was spotted on an Italian release of Der letzte Mohikaner.
Technique: Motion-controlled animation.
Audio: A different triumphant fanfare that starts with a harp and gets more majestic as the logo forms.
Availability: Seen on the Italian release of the Japanese film, The Ghost of the Hunchback and the Italian release of the film, Der letzte Mohikaner.
