Background
EvanTubeHD is a YouTube channel founded by Evan on September 20, 2011 that is best known for producing toy reviews, such as Angry Birds and Lego. They also run other channels, such as JillianTubeHD, The Tube Family (formerly known as EvanTubeRAW until 2019) and EvanTubeGaming.
In late December 2021, the channel and The Tube Family were hacked as a result of an anonymous person changing the name, unlisting all videos and putting up a livestream. The former channel was terminated later on, but has since been reinstated twice.

1st Logo (October 6, 2011-January 24, 2012)
Visuals: On a white background, there is an edited version of the YouTube logo of the time, with "EVAN" replacing the "You", and "HD" rotated at an angle to the right underneath. The edited words have drop shadows behind them.
Technique: A still, digital graphic.
Audio: The opening theme of the video.
Availability: This was only used on the very first videos from the channel, which were Angry Birds Clay Figures - Sculpey Clay Models, Angry Birds Christmas Gifts - Mighty Eagle Plush! Angry Birds Haul! What I Got For Christmas!, and Angry Birds MIGHTY DRAGON Clay Model (only on the first video, a second duplicated video that runs five seconds longer plasters this with the next logo).
2nd Logo (March 26-April 23, 2012)
Visuals: On a black background, the channel's name (in a white serif font) zooms in towards the screen before fading out.
Variants:
- For a very short amount of time, "Presents" in smaller text appeared underneath.
- On the logo's debut video, the text is in a space-like font.
- Sometimes, the text doesn't zoom in.
Technique: Basic editing effects.
Audio: The opening theme of the video.
Availability: It debuted on Angry Birds SPACE: Clay Models - Sculpey (albeit a variant), and can be seen on videos from Angry Birds MIGHTY DRAGON Clay Model (second video, plastering the first logo on the first video) to ANGRY BIRDS SPACE Complete Plush Collection.
3rd Logo (April 25, 2012-January 5, 2021)
Visuals: On a white background, there is the channel logo of the time (which has a blue circle with "EvanTube" in a custom font and "HD" below that, with a shadow below. The entire logo moves from the left side of the screen before stopping in the middle.
Technique: Basic editing effects.
Audio: The opening theme of the video.
Availability: o its lifespan of nine years. Can be seen on all videos from the channel starting with JillianTubeHD presents Female Angry Birds Sculpey Clay Models and ending with I GOT A $2,000 MEGATRON FOR CHRISTMAS!!! Kids React to GIANT Transformers by XM Studios. Some videos during the logo's later years have it omitted.
4th Logo (January 9, 2021-)
Visuals: On a custom gray background with norts and crosses in differing shades of blue falling from the top-left corner is "EVAN" with a white-teal outline around it quickly slide in different positions, followed by "TUBE" in small white letters appearing one-by-one in the black border. The logo slides down to make room for a simple drawing of Evan's head which smiles slightly as the teal outline briefly glows.
Technique: 2D computer animation.
Audio: Some whoosh sounds accompany the logo appearing. Four beeps are heard in sync with "TUBE", and then a brief sci-fi like sound when the glow is shown.
Availability: It debuted on GUESS THE EMOJI CHALLENGE!!! Winner Gets $1000!. Like the previous logo, some videos have this omitted. Despite the channel later introducing a new icon, this is still used as an on-screen logo.
