Background
In 1957, Difusión Contemporánea S.A. (abbreviated as DiCon) was founded, and in 1958, the company won the license to channel 11. The station opened July 21, 1961.
1st ID (1961)
Visuals: A television tube shape containing the text "CANAL" over the number 11. From this shape is a stream that appears to be a floor. Atop this floor is a family sitting and watching the television. There is a circle surrounding the television tube, inside the circle reads "DICON TV" and "LS 84"
Technique: Still image.
Audio: A female announcer saying "LS 84 TV, Canal Once, DiCon. El canal de la familia."
2nd ID (1962-1974)
Visuals: A background made of a repeating pattern of tall, slender, number 11s. The one in the center is colored black to distinguish it from the others. In squarish lettering, the name of the station "TELEONCE" is written across the bottom.
Technique: Still image.
Audio: None.
Availability: Extinct. Appeared as an ID on telecasts at the time.
1st ID (1976-1979)
Visuals: The word "TELEONCE", and below it, "11" on a black background with white dots. The clip zooms out to reveal the byline "LS84 TV CANAL 11 BUENOS AIRES ARGENTINA"
Technique: Still image.
Audio: A heavy synth theme with 3 very loud notes at the beginning, an announcer saying "Transmite LS 84 TV, Canal Once, Teleonce, Buenos Aires, Argentina.", and a series of computer beeps.
