1st Tag (1992?-1999)

Visuals: On a white background, a green streak of multiple spheres appears to form a blue slight arc at the left, while the word "Do" in a blue trail forms below it before turning black. The green streak then forms a green semicircle facing diagonally towards the bottom-right, while the green "Co" trails in and changes colors in the same fashion as the "Do". Near the right, the streak turns red and forms an arc made up of dots above the "Co", while the red "Mo" forms below it and changes to black. Once the majority of the logo is formed, the text "NTT" appears above the "Do" below the blue arc.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A 3-note synthesized bell with a person saying "DoCoMo!".

Availability: Seen on commercials for mobile phone products and services by the carrier during the period. [Examples?]

2nd Tag (1999-2000)

Visuals: On a black background, multiple lights changing from red to blue are briefly flashing on-screen, starting out with an hexagonal grid, followed by flashing squares, a rectangular line wiping in, and blue lights that gradually get stronger towards the right side. Meanwhile, the white slogan "モバイル・フロンティアヘ。" wipes in at the center of the screen, while the "NTT DoCoMo" logo fades in at the bottom. After the elements fade in, another hexagonal grid briefly flashes lightly before the background turns totally black.

Technique: Computer animation and light effects.

Audio: A 4-note ascending synthesized chime.

Availability: Seen on commercials for mobile phone products and services by the carrier during the period. [Examples?]
