FX/SFX: The letters taking place, the rippling background, all in 3D CGI.

Music/Sounds: A C-note synth chord with people cheering. Then an announcer says "Game Arts!", with "Arts" having a glitchy echo near the end of the logo.

Legacy: This was an impressive logo for the time considering the FMV capabilities used (although the framerate is evidently choppy).
