Dino's Blue Movie Video

From the Audiovisual Identity Database, the motion graphics museum

Logo (1986-1992)

Visuals: The screen fades into a rippling body of water with the moon shining down on it, and then a blue-tinted illustration of a nude woman laying down and looking at the water fades in at the bottom of the screen. Blue, white-outlined letters and apostrophe that make up the name "DINO'S" fly in and arrange themselves on the top of the screen, and after a brief pause, the words "BLUE" and "MOVIE" then swoop down and place themselves below the name each a few seconds apart. The smaller, blue-outlined word reading "VIDEO" then fades in underneath the rest of the text, and the text and woman eventually fade away before the white text "Präsentiert" in Cooper Black zooms in from the center of the screen as the screen fades to black.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: An excerpt from "Wings in the Sky" by Manuel Landy.

Availability: Judging by a comment on the first video, it can likely be found on at least one VHS tape released by them, which is Bizarre Party.
