Collingwood & Co.

Background

Collingwood & Co. is a British animation studio based in London that was founded in 1988, when it was initially called Tony Collingwood Productions. The company would be renamed to Collingwood O'Hare in 1998 when the company teamed up with Christopher O'Hare. When he left, the company was renamed to its current name in 2014.

Logo (February 14, 2015-)

Visuals: On a white background, two blue blobs shapes pop in and grow before merging into one thing. Then, the word "Collingwood" pops in letter-by-letter. This word, in a cartoony font, has its first "o" with a spark shape as its counter, an arrow within the letter "g", and the other "o"s resembling googly eyes. After that text appears, a white blob shape grows underneath the "w" with the words "& Co." inside and a light blue arrow point towards the left stretches towards the white blob. The eyes in the logo briefly stares at the bottom text before looking back at the screen. While the logo is forming, the "©(Year)" appears at the bottom-right of the logo. The eyes wink and move. Then the eyes gets back to the normal position as they wink again.

Variants:

An in-credit variant exists.
There is a version with a copyright notice that appears at the bottom right of the screen during the last few seconds.

Technique: 2D animation.

Audio: The animated version has the sounds of a wand and a twisting noise before ending with a calm sting similar to Virgin Media logo. Otherwise, the closing theme of the show is used.
