Logo: It's just the Carsey-Werner Distribution logo from 2004-2005, but the text "DISTRIBUTION" is replaced by "FILMS" below the line.
FX/SFX: Same as the 2004 Carsey-Werner logo.
Music/Sounds: Only a whooshing sound at the beginning.
Availability: Rare. Is known to appear on Let's Go to Prison. This logo may have been on two other films produced by the studio, The Brothers Soloman and Smother.
