Background

CASE Productions was a French television production company formed in the spring of 1994 by Arthur and Stéphane Courbit. The acronym's full name reads "Courbit Arthur Stéphane Essebag". The company produced game shows and talk shows, most notably Les Enfants de la télé. In 1998, Endemol bought 50% of the company (now called Arthur Stéphane Productions at this point) to form ASP Productions. Three years later, in January 2001, this entity became Endemol France. Courbit would leave the company in 2007 to create LOV Group.
