Background

This is Frank Spotnitz' production company, located in the Holborn district of London that specializes in international TV shows, which includes dramas, comedies, and documentaries.

1st Logo (September 29, 2005-2012)

Visuals: On a blue starry background, a star bursts near the center of the screen. Simultaneously, "Big Light" fades in with the same effect. When they have stopped bursting, a white box with a transparent blue fill fades in with "productions" underneath.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: A magical jingle or the ending theme of the show.

Availability: Seen on Night Stalker.

2nd Logo (October 11, 2012-December 4, 2015)

Visuals: This is simply a still logo of the previous logo. The difference here is that the background is either black or white and there is no outline of the box.

Technique: A still, digital graphic.

Audio: The ending theme of the show.

Availability: Seen on Transporter: The Series and Crossing Lines.

3rd Logo (January 15, 2015-)

Visuals: There is the same box and text from last time except the background has more colors, the logo is smaller, and the stars are now twinkling. From the top left corner of the box, there is a shooting star, which stops above the "i" in "Light" and reveals a white box with "productions" underneath.

Variant: The logo may appear with other logos during the end credits of some shows.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: A different magical jingle.

Availability: Seen on TV shows from this period such as Ransom and Devils.
