Background

Beyond Software was founded in 1988 by Don Daglow, the former employee of Broderbund, Mattel and Electronic Arts based in San Rafael. The company was known for developing SSI's Gold Box titles and Tony La Russa Baseball, as well as online games, like Neverwinter Nights. The company eventually became Stormfront Studios in 1993.
