Background

Azerfilm is an animation studio that operates under Azerbaijanfilm.

1st Logo (1990-2000)

Visuals: On a black background, three rings (matching the colors on the Azerbaijan flag) with a thin black outline appear from inner to outer-most. Then, an eight-pointed white star zooms out of the centre of the rings, expanding up to the inner border of the blue ring. Afterwards, "AZANFILM" and "STUDIYASI" in white fade in, arced over and under the logo. A few seconds later, a small fire within the star appears.

Variant: On Şüalə, the background is green.

Technique: Traditional animation.

Audio: A marimba jingle in-sync with the animation.

Availability: It can be seen on Yalançı çoban, Ümid, Söhbətül-əsmar, and Çalalar.

2nd Logo (2002-2004)

Visuals: This is a remake of the previous logo, though it is not without its differences: the rings are thicker, the star is pointier and expands through all three rings, the text is in Arial, red, and larger, and the fire starts before "studiyası" appears.

Variant: Sometimes, the logo is shortened to the same length as before.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: Same as before except the end of the jingle is extended.

Availability: The logo is seen on Cavanşir and Qızıl.

3rd Logo (2005-2010)

Visuals: The stacked white text "Azərbaycan Animasiya Filmleri Studiyasi" appears on a black background. Then, the former three words zoom out to make room for "AZANFİLM", which appears through three parts of the text flipping and rotating while having a burst effect. "Studiyasi" becomes green while this sequence happens. Both text are slightly adjusted with the former backing out a little and the latter shifting upwards before a red, drawn underline appears with a burst effect.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: A tribal woodwind note for the first half, followed by a windy fanfare accompanied with whooshes. A descending spark plays when the underline is drawn.

Availability: It appeared on Qarğa balası və özgə yuvası, Ayna, Nuş olsun, Siçan və pişik, Cəsur təyyarə, Tırtılın arzusu, İt sərgisi, İlbizin evi, and Ən güclü kimdir.

4th Logo (2014-)

Visuals: This is mostly a flat version of the previous logo except the streak is thicker and the text is in Arial Black.

Variants:

• The size of the logo may vary.
• On the Gəlin birgə öyrənək episode "Rənglər", the logo appears during the opening title sequence.
• On the Gəlin birgə öyrənək episode "Rəqəmlər", a lens fare appears on the top left, followed by the numbers 1-10 popping in and circling around the logo. Multicolored bubbles would appear over the numbers whereas a blue circle obscures the logo.
• On the Tıq-tıqla möcüzələr axtarışında episode "Gobustan", the blue Brachiosaurus, who appears in the episode, pops in to the right of the logo, briefly looking around before returning back down.

Technique: A still, digital graphic.

Audio: A short and peaceful string fanfare. Sometimes, the opening theme of the film plays or none.

Availability: It made its debut on Ən güclü kimdir and can be seen on their later films.
