Logo (2000-2011)

Visuals: Some squares appear on a black background. Some lines appear as well, and they form a filmstrip with the squares. The filmstrip flies around the screen and disappears. It then reemerges from the bottom-right and the following words fly out of the filmstrip and to the center of the screen:

AUTOMAT
P I C T U R E S

Above "AUTOMAT" is a red arc that starts to the right of "P I C T U R E S". The filmstrip then flies to the left and goes offscreen again.

Technique: 2D animation done by Grant Nellessen.

Audio: A jazzy drum and piano tune ending with a "ding". This was composed by Michael "The Millionaire" Cudahy.

Availability: So far, seen after a special features closing credit scroll on the 2004 Infinifilm DVD release of Elf and a special feature on the 2004 DVD of Candyman (1992).
