Background
Atlantic Productions is a London-based documentary production company founded in 1992 by Anthony Geffen.
1st Logo (9 February 2000-18 May 2002)
Visuals: Against a smoky blue background, there is the company name in a bold, serif font and stacked format. In between them, a glowing, blue wavy line is drawn from left to right. After that sequence is complete, the glow disappears.
Variant: Sometimes, a copyright stamp will appear on the bottom of the screen.
Technique: 2D computer animation.
Audio: The ending theme of the programme.
Availability:
- It can be seen on their documentaries from the early 2000's, which include The Ancient Greeks: Crucible of Civilization, The Real Untouchables, and Queen of Sheba: Behind the Myth.
- Some of them are nowhere to be seen outside of their original airings or the BFI vault.
2nd Logo (17 August 2003-11 October 2009)
Visuals: The logo is set on a cloudy blue background. Behind a bright blue light, "{{color|silver|Atlantic" is in a silver texture and on top of a moving, wavy blue line with a shiny appearance. To the bottom right of the text, there is "{{color|silver|PRODUCTIONS". The logo is aligned to the left side of the screen.
Variants:
- Sometimes, additional in-credit information may be added on the on-screen logo, focusing on co-producers/channels.
- A boxed variant exists, placing the logo on top of in-credit information.
- On some programmes, the logo is cropped to only cover the logo portion.

Audio: The ending theme of the programme.
Availability:
- This logo made its debut on Nefertiti Resurrected and was later seen on Columbus: Secrets from the Grave, both of which use the on-screen variant.
- The boxed variant is more common and appears on Apollo 11: The Untold Story, War of the Birds, and Spartans at the Gates of Fire, among many other history and nature documentaries.
- The alternate in-credit variant appears on Sphinx Unmasked and Holy Warriors, respectively.
3rd Logo (16 May 2010-24 October 2012)
Visuals: Set on a dimly lit stone background, a stylised "A" consists of two thick lines comprised of small, vertical lines. Next to the logo, there is "tlantic productions" in a stacked format.
Variants:
- Sometimes, this logo also shares the screen with other logos.
- In some cases, the on-screen logo has copyright information below.
- An in-credit version of this features the logo mainly in white.
- There is an alternate in-credit variant that only consists of the logo and no background.
Technique: A still, digital graphic.
Audio: The ending theme of the programme.
Availability:
- The on-screen variant appears on Flying Monsters and Kingdom of Plants, both starring David Attenborough.
- Several of the naturalist's documentaries would frequently feature this and future logos at the end.
- This also include First Life for the in-credit variant.
4th Logo (20 September 2013-13 April 2017)
Visuals: A blue-white hole-less delta zooms in while its counter expands albeit slightly out of sync with the shape's movement. The company name in a stacked format fades in below while the whole logo slowly backs away from the screen.
Variants:
- Sometimes, the logo is still.
- The logo may be arranged horizontally where the company name, still in a stacked format, is positioned to the right of the delta.
- There is an early version where the bottom of the delta is darker and the company name is grey.
- On Great Barrier Reef with David Attenborough, the gradient was adjusted where there is more white on the bottom of the delta.
- On American prints of Great Barrier Reef with David Attenborough, the original notice with the 1997 BBC's logo is inside a box and positioned on the bottom left section of the screen. Copyright information is display outside and below the box.

Availability:
- It first appeared on Rise of Animals: Triumph of the Vertebrates and was last seen on Galapagos.
- Other documentaries featuring this logo include Great Barrier Reef with David Attenborough and Time Scanners, respectively.
5th Logo (20 December 2017-)
Visuals: There is a stylised "A" with a pointy top and curved legs. The inner portion that surrounds the letter's hole is blue. The company name, with "PRODUCTIONS" underneath, is positioned below the logo.
Variants:
- Like before, there exists a horizontally aligned variant.
- Sometimes, the top text is grey.
- Sometimes, this logo also shares the screen with the other logos including the 1997 BBC logo.

Audio: The ending theme of the programme.
Availability:
- It made its first appearance on Judi Dench: My Passion for Trees and also appears on another documentary featuring the famed actress, Judi Dench's Wild Borneo Adventure.
- A lot of their newer documentaries are easy to find on both streaming and on-demand sites, respectively.
- It also appears at the end of a SBS On Demand streaming print of 2022: The Year from Space, which is then followed by the white background variant of the 2020 ITV Studios logo.
