Background
Argus is a small animation studio founded in 1991 and still alive today. They also released foreign products on home video. This logo was taken from the Russian release of Blue Arrow (La freccia azzurra), which they distributed on VHS.

Visuals: On a space background, there is a peacock. Its feathers with each having eyes spread in, then "Киностудия" and "*Аргус*" appears.
Technique: A combination of hand-drawn and computer animation.
Audio: A peaceful fanfare.
Availability: Unknown, probably seen on Russian cartoons produced by the company, like Leato and Feofan: Poker Game (Леато и Феофан. Партия в покер) and Aunt Flo's Cat's Soap Bubbles (Мыльные пузыри кота тетушки Фло).
