Background

Alawar Entertainment is a Russian developer, distributor and publisher of video games for PC, mobile platforms, games consoles and other devices, that was founded in 1999.

1st Logo (2003-2014)

Visuals: On black background, there is a white circle with two light blue streaks at the top and one streak at the bottom. "ALAWAR" (in the Quagmire font) is seen at the center of the circle, with the slogan "ФАБРИКА ИГР" (THE GAME FACTORY) underneath.

Variants:

  • Prior to 2007, "ALAWAR" is not capitalized and the "W" (in white) is inside a light blue circle. Sometimes, a web address is seen below.
  • The background can vary; for example, Papa's Daughters has the logo on a white background.

Technique: A still, digital graphic.

Audio: None or the opening theme of the game.

Availability:

  • Appears on every game distributed from the era, such as Snowy: Lunch Rush.
  • This logo was used in tandem with the next logo until 2014.

2nd Logo (2013-)

Visuals: On a white background, there is a light blue outlined circle with a rounded letter "W" inside. The name "alawar" is seen below in the same font.

Variant: Like the previous logo, the background can vary.

Technique: A still, digital graphic.

Audio: None.

Availability:

  • Seen on newer games by company that have been uploaded on their website.
  • This logo was used in tandem with the previous logo until 2014.
