Background

In 1989, Keith Addis & Associates merged with his best friend Nick Wechsler & Associates to form Addis-Wechsler and Associates. The company had film and television units. In 1997, it was sold to the Interpublic Group of Companies, which was renamed to Industry Entertainment on March 26, 1998.
