AVID:Requests for Comment/Further enforce policies for captures that have been on AVID for many years however have no known source where they came from

This has been bothering me for a long time, and I would like to see some policies added to the rules about the topic above. Examples like the first capture of the 1995 The Disney Channel logo and the 2002 Bell Dramatic Serial Company are what I'm thinking of. One proposal that someone mentioned is that we should add hyperlinks to the Availability section, so that not only do we have video proof of the captures that may be hard to find, but we can also cut down video embeds. However this may lead to copyright concerns, so we may need to think of something different. I'm not suggesting anything specific, just that more policies need to be made.
