Visuals: On a space background, an outlined white circle zooms in, followed by the numbers 1-11 positioned near the center of the screen. After "11" leaves the screen, twelve stars arced in a circle zoom in and stop. At this point, "FEATURE FILMS" pops in on the top of the circle and a "12" within the figure's top center. A gold, triangular beam is then slowly lit into the center where it becomes a triangle cut in two pieces. Afterwards, all the stars light up while the company name "КИНОСТУДИЯ 12A", in an arc and with "A" in a superscript format, pops in below. Additionally, the background changes to a blue backdrop.

Variants:

A shortened variant exists.
On Спасатели. Затмение, the logo is cropped to widescreen format.

Technique: Traditional animation.

Audio: The soundtrack starts with a drum solo before becoming a proud trumpet fanfare.

Audio Variants:

An early soundtrack consists of a dramatic orchestral piece performed by brass, drums, and cymbals.
On the shortened variant, the fanfare is also abridged.
On Свистун, the fanfare is synthesized and performed at a faster tempo.
In the logo's later years, the theme was recomposed to have a more bombastic tone than the original. Plus, the drum solo is accompanied by a low-note, synth note and the fanfare adds triangle notes.
On Хаги-траггер, a white noise-esque ambience piece plays throughout the logo with heart beats in the middle, glowing as the beam illuminates, a held synth note as the logo is formed, and glittering at the end.
On modern releases of Бег по солнечной стороне, due to reverse plastering, the music from the next logo is heard.

Availability: It can be seen on old prints of several films they released starting with Облако-рай and ending with Хаги-траггер. The early soundtrack was seen on the former film.

2nd Logo (September 11, 2004-February 10, 2011)

Visuals: In a dark filter, twelve gold stars rotate around on a flat surface while a gold pyramid spins and rotates from the bottom. Inside the shape's reflection is a filmstrip rising from the bottom while the pyramid glows and reflects warm colors such as red. "FEATURE FILMS", while facing partially down, turns above the rising pyramid and leaves the screen. Then, the stars, with "FEATURE FILMS" on top, turns on its z-axis while centered to the pyramid and the company name "КИНОСТУДИЯ 12A" in 3D and the same format as before enters the picture and scrolls slightly down. Simultaneously, the pyramid releases yellow smoke and it forms a rotating "12". They all eventually stop after zooming out.

Variants:

Sometimes, the background is black and the logo is in a sepia tone.
On Виски с молоком, the logo is small and shares the screen with the Czolowka Filmstudio logo. Underneath both is the text in English:

Audio: A classical, ascending piano piece.

Availability: Seen on current prints of older films such as Он не завязывал шнурки. It has also appeared on their later movies such as Блюз опадающих листьев and Блюз опадающих листьев.
