1st Logo (May 15, 1998)

Visuals: A bright green source of light appears on the screen. It slowly moves down as the 3D word "ULTIMATION" in a custom font lowers and zooms out. When they stop moving, "An" fades in above, and "Production" below the name.

Technique: Only the moving.

Audio: A gloomy, dull wind-blowing sound.

Availability: Appears only on Panzer Commander.

2nd Logo (November 5, 2001-February 12, 2002)


Visuals: There is a black planet floating in space with bright cyan-colored rings. The screen pans around the planet, and a yellow star comes to stop behind it, creating a light corona around. The logo then flashes and the background changes to black. The logo becomes black and blue with "ULTIMATION" below in its corporate font.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A synth windy note with heartbeats.

Availability: Seen on Silent Hunter 2 and Destroyer Command.

Final Note

In early 2000's, Ubisoft, the owner of the SSI brand, decided to retire it. Ultimation was gone along with SSI and their website still has the latest update made in 2002.
