Background

The Magic Store Productions was founded in 2005 by Christian Jacobs, Justin Lyon and Scott Schultz, the former of which is also known as the MC Bat Commander for the band The Aquabats! and founded the company Awesome Forces! as well.

(August 20, 2007-2017)

Logo: On a purple background, a stylized blue magic wand bounces up and down, with little orange-and-white stars coming from its five-pointed tip. The wand makes an explosion of stars, of which forms letters in the name "THE MAGIC STORE", except for "I". They appear in a stylized red, orange, and blue color scheme, with the word "THE" arranged vertically next to the letter "M" in "MAGIC". The wand shortens and takes the place of the letter "I".

Trivia: The "Magic!" sound clip is actually sampled from a Yo Gabba Gabba! pilot segment seen here.

Variants:

  • Sometimes, the logo appears to be stretched for unknown reasons.
  • On the Chipotle-sponsored iTunes series RAD Lands, the logo has a different color scheme. The background is now indigo, the red letters are pink, the blue letters and wand are seafoam, and the orange letters are pink.

FX/SFX: The wand moving and the text appearing, all in Flash animation.

Music/Sounds: Chimes accompanying the wand waving, followed by five harp notes and a voice quickly saying "Magic!".

Availability: Appears at the end of Yo Gabba Gabba!, The Aquabats! Super Show!, and the iTunes-exclusive RAD Lands.

Editor's Note: It's pretty nostalgic for those who grew up with Yo Gabba Gabba! and/or The Aquabats! Super Show!.
