1st Logo (2000-2003)

Philos Labs (2001)

Nickname: "Monkey Ball"

Logo: Around some big shadowy columns, a monkey statue sits with a crystal ball above its head. There is an orange sunset on the background. The camera rotates to reveal a monument with the company logo carved on it. It reads Philos laboratories. Above the words, the same monkey sits. We are getting close to the carving, while it's lighted by a sunset. The background clears to black and the logo fades a second after.

FX/SFX: The whole animation.

Music/Sounds: Wonderful calm tune.

Availability: Can be seen on Theocracy and Rebels: Prison Escape.

Editor's Note: None.

2nd Logo (2004)

Logo: Same logo as before, but now in red with white outline and simple surface.Philos Labs (2004)

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: Silent.

Availability: Extremely rare; was only seen in first demo version of Nexus. Late versions use the Mithis logo.

Editor's Note: None.

Final Note: Philos Labs was closed in 2004, while working on Imperium Galactica III, and its employees joined Mithis Entertainment. They finished the game under the name of Nexus: Jupiter Incident.
