Background
This is the production company of Michael Piller (who would later found Piller2) and Bill Dial (who previously founded Chapman/Dial).

Visuals: On a white background, there are two baseball players with baseballs for heads, respectively dressed in red and blue. Next to them is "Mike + Bill" in a handwritten font, and underneath it is "PRODUCTIONS" sandwiched between two lines.
