Background

Konami Computer Entertainment Osaka, abbreviated KCEO is the development sub-arm of Konami headquartered in Osaka.

1st Logo (September 1, 1999-April 27, 2000)

Visuals: Over a white background is the multicolored letters "KCEO" in a twisty font inside a box. Below it was the text "KONAMI COMPUTER ENTERTAINMENT OSAKA PRESENTS".
