Logo: On a black background, we see a box that has a grassy road path with trees. Underneath the box is the words "JOHN WELLS PRODUCTIONS".
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: None, the closing theme, or a generic NBC theme on original airings.
Availability: Seen on shows like The West Wing, Third Watch, Shameless, and Animal Kingdom. Also seen on the short-lived TV show Trinity. Don't expect to see this on ER, despite Wells being executive producer of the show, though it was seen on the 2009 special Previously on ER.
