Background

Jam Filled Entertainment is a Canadian animation company founded in 2007. The company provides animation production for the series Crash Canyon, Almost Naked Animals, Camp Lakebottom and Numb Chucks, as well as the Nickelodeon series The Loud House. In August 2016, the company acquired the defunct Arc Productions, and reopened the studio as Jam Filled Toronto.

1st Logo (September 18, 2011-March 3, 2017)

Logo: On a brown background, a black jar with a white outline zooms out. The word "Jam" in a weird font zooms out and settles on the jar. The word "Filled" in the same font comes in from both sides of the screen and settles on the jar. The word "ENTERTAINMENT" in the Creative Block BB font zooms out and spins onto the jar. A yellow star zooms out and lands between the lines of the "F". A white starburst appears behind the logo.

Variants:

  • There is a still version.
  • There is also an in-credit still version.

Technique: Flash animation.

Music/Sounds: The closing theme of the show.

Availability: Seen on Camp Lakebottom and Numb Chucks. The still variant appears on Crash Canyon, and the in-credit variant appears on The Bagel and Becky Show. This does not appear on The Loud House, as the company only provided animation services and didn't produce it. Used in tandem with the next logo until March 2017.

2nd Logo (September 5, 2016-)

Logo: On a black background, we see the Jam Filled Entertainment logo (without the star), but the word "ENTERTAINMENT" is removed. The star from the Jam Filled Entertainment logo hits the jar, which tilts back, then goes back into its normal position. We then see the finished logo, which is just the Jam Filled Entertainment logo without "ENTERTAINMENT".

Variants:

  • On Thomas & Friends and Reindeer in Here, the logo is still. On the latter, the Boat Rocker byline is underneath the logo.
  • An in-credit version appears on Rusty Rivets.
  • On Kody Kapow, the background is white and the logo is smaller and again still.
  • There is another still smaller version on The Polos, where the logo is on the normal black background with the Radical Sheep Junior logo below.
  • On Bubble Guppies, it uses a longer variant where the star hits the jar twice before it tilts back.
  • On the last season of Final Space, the logo is below the Star Cadet logo, doesn't have the jar, the text is horizontal, and "A BOAT ROCKER COMPANY" is below the logo.

Technique: Cel-shaded CGI animation. None for the still versions.

Music/Sounds: Same as the last logo.

Music/Sounds Variants:

  • The Bubble Guppies variant uses pinball-like ricochet noises as the star hits the jar.
  • For the Final Space variant, the sound effect from the Star Cadet logo is heard.

Availability: Current. Seen on later episodes of Rusty Rivets, and Bubble Guppies starting with Season 5. The still version appears on on the last five seasons of Thomas & Friends, Kingdom Force and Dino Ranch.
