Highgate Pictures was a general entertainment sub-division of the Learning Corporation of America, producing TV movies and series.
1st Logo (1977-1985)
Logo: Over the closing credits, we see the small Learning Corporation of America "L" logo above (or near sometimes) the words "Highgate Pictures" which are stacked on top of each other. A byline appears below saying "A DIVISION OF LEARNING CORPORATION OF AMERICA".
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: Only the closing theme was used.
Availability: Extremely rare. Can be seen on What If I'm Gay and The Electric Grandmother.
2nd Logo (1985-1987)
Logo: On a black background, we see the small Learning Corporation of America "L" logo in a blue color above the words "Highgate Pictures" which are stacked on top of each other, zooming up to us.
Variant: On the Harem miniseries, the "L" logo is white and it's on a blue background. Under it are the words "in association with".
FX/SFX: The logo zooming to us, which is very sudden. Sometimes, the logo is still.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Extremely rare. Can be seen on later productions such as Courage and the Harem miniseries.
