Background: HBO Enterprises is HBO's syndication arm for off-network reruns of HBO original programming in conjunction with Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution.

Logo: Over a black background, we see the HBO logo fade in, while"DISTRIBUTED BY" wipes in abovethe logo."ENTERPRISES" in Trajan Pro Bold font below it, with lines above and below it, wipes in below the logo while emitting light out of it like a window. Then, the entire logo disappears by a "switch off" effect by blurring and sucking into the background.

Variant: On reruns of Sex and the City, the logo cuts to the last few parts of the credits of the episode, showing the last scene.

FX/SFX: The shine and "switch-off".

Music/Sounds: A choir reminiscent of the HBO Original Programming logo (albeit louder and more ethereal) featuring a bell sound, followed by a "zap" sound.

Availability: Common. Seen on syndie reruns of Sex and the City, The Sopranos, The Wire, Six Feet Under, and Taxicab Confessions, among others.
