Background: This is a film company launched by Richard Kelly, known as the director of Donnie Darko, the company's namesake.

Logo: On a white background, the face of a evil-looking rabbit (a stylized depiction of Frank's head, a.k.a The Donnie Darko symbol) is drawn in. The rabbit's head flashes and turns black, it's left eye is red, with blood dripping from it. The text "DARKO ENTERTAINMENT" flips in on the bottom.
