Nickname: "CSID"
Logo: On a dark blue or a film grain background, we see a orange "CSID" being drawn, with the "ID" connected. Then "CINEMA SHARES INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CORPORATION" in the same color fades in under the CSID. The logo then fades out after a few seconds, only leaving us the background.
FX/SFX: "CSID" drawing, text fading-in.
Music/Sounds: A snare drum tune with piano at the background.
Availability: Extremely rare. Seen on very old American prints of Godzilla films. Also can be seen on The Pumaman (not the Parade Video VHS, however).
