Background

CCI Entertainment Ltd (also known as Cambium Catalyst International Entertainment) is a Canadian media production company founded in 2002 through the merger of Cambium Entertainment Corp. and Catalyst Entertainment Inc. In 2013, the company's children's and family distribution library was acquired by 9 Story Entertainment.

1st Logo (February 26, 2003-July 7, 2017)

Logo: Multicolored circles zoom out on a white background to form a red dot. A blue rectangle appears below the dot. Two "C"'s are drawn, the first being yellow and the second cyan. The words "entertainment ltd" fade in.

Variants:

  • A still variant exists, sometimes on a black background.
  • Sometimes, "releasing", "releasing inc" or "releasing presents" replaces "entertainment ltd".
  • In some cases, the words "cambium catalyst international" (what "CCI" stands for) will be below "entertainment ltd".
  • There is an in-credit version.
  • On Artzooka, the logo is superimposed on a black background with the white text "A GERMANY / CANADA OFFICIAL CO-PRODUCTION" above the logo and the copyright notice "(c) 2009 ARTZOOKA SERIES I (CANADA) Inc / MotionWorks GmbH" below.

FX/SFX: The circles and "C"'s moving. None for the still variant.

Music/Sounds: The closing theme of the show.

Availability: Seen on Timeblazers and season 3 of Monster by Mistake. The still variant can be found on Harry and his Bucket Full of Dinosaurs, Erky Perky and others. The "releasing" variants appear on the 2 previously mentioned shows, as well as on Artzooka and Bigfoot Presents: Meteor and the Mighty Monster Trucks. The in-credit version appears on season 1 of Guess How Much I Love You. Was last seen at the end of the movie Undercover Grandpa.

Editor's Note: None.
