Background

Amity Entertainment was a film and television production company. Its focus was on acquiring motion pictures and children's series. It was founded on 2005 in Brentwood, Tennessee, a suburb of Nashville. It has an office in New York City. Amity Entertainment filed a petition for bankruptcy on October 13, 2009. Its children's division is Tadpole Kids.
