Background

WACY-TV is an independent television station licensed to Appleton, Wisconsin, serving the Green Bay area. It is owned by the E. W. Scripps Company alongside NBC affiliate WGBA-TV. Both stations share studios on North Road near Airport Drive/WIS 172 in the Green Bay suburb of Ashwaubenon, while WACY-TV's transmitter is located in the Shirley section of Glenmore, Wisconsin.

1st ID (1995-1998)

Visuals: On a black background, a black spade shape is shown. A UPN logo above and a maroon number "32" on it zoom out while facing the top right corner. A black arc then spins around along with white letters "WACY-TV", which soon connect. White words "APPLETON/GREEN BAY" fade in below.

Variant: Sometimes, there is a purple gradient rectangle with a white text "UPN 32" sliding from left to right. The station's site in white is shown below.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A chime glissando accompained by an announcer saying "This is WACY, UPN 32, Appleton, Green Bay.". Sometimes, an upbeat rock theme is heard.

• 1999: A tab with the black words "Upgrading to UPN 32 v2.0..." ad a black bar below is shown. The bar soon wipes into yellow (resembling an operation system downloading) and another tab zooms in with the same words as the 1990s version.

Audio: Many beeps with whooshes and arcade game sounds, followed by an annoucer saying the line and an upbeat bass theme.
