The same statue before but at a different angle and lighting fades in after the star stops zooming, Where a bunch of emitting concentric circles fades in front of the star and against the statue. 3rd ID (1992-mid/late 1990s)

Visuals: Footage of a partly cloudy sky is first shown. It slowly crossfades to a set of valleys and then back to the same sky footage. This is then followed by a mountain shot, a different sky footage, and lastly with a radio transmitter. The footage then dims down, where we can see an orange print of a radio transmitter transmitting signal fading in and zooming out. As it is zooming out, "RTSH" slides in from the top and sits on the middle, along with "RADIO TELEVIZIONI SHQIPTAR" in a stacked format to wipe in underneath "RTSH". After a while, the text disappears, and "Transmetim me satelit" in a stacked format wipes in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Technique: Live-action combined with primitive computer effects.

Audio: Ominous ambience is first heard with a harp glissando, which transitions to a majestic synth orchestral theme.
